Costs and booking
Rental price and period
The house can only be rented from April to October. It is not rented out beyond that. The minimum rental period is 3 nights and between 1 May and mid-September this is a minimum of 7 nights.
The rent for the family house is € 250 per night.
7 nights or more: € 240 per night.
Other costs and deposit
The above prices include energy and water, bed linen, one towel per person, all kitchen towels, use of washing machine, hair dryer, if desired a baby camping bed, baby bath and high chair, and administration and booking costs.
Not included: bath and beach towels, tourist tax (€ 2.04 p.p.p.n) and the final cleaning (€ 80.00). The deposit for renting the house is € 250, – per booking. Provided you leave the house neat and tidy, no damage has been detected and we have received the keys, we will pay the deposit back to you within 14 days of receiving the key.
Final cleaning
The cottage will be cleaned after your departure! For the final cleaning you pay cleaning costs. However, you should leave the house and the inventory neat and tidy: the dishes washed, dishwasher empty, stove clean, waste bins empty and the fireplace cleaned from ashes. Please use the waste basket in the toilet and do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
Cancellation costs
6 weeks before the first rental day 30%
4 weeks before the first rental day 60%
2 weeks before the first rental day 100%
A cancellation insurance is not included in the rent. If you appreciate this, you must take out insurance yourself.
Groups of young people or singles
The house is not rented to groups of young people or singles.
The house is ideal for family groups and is specially equipped for families together or three generations. For the oldest generation there is a bedroom available on the ground floor.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not welcome, not even small dogs.
Liability
The tenant makes use of this property at his own risk. Landlord does not accept any liability with regard to the rented property.

If you are interested in renting our house, we will draw up a rental contract and send it by e-mail. With the deposit of 30% of the rent, the booking is final. With this, the tenant declares to be familiar with the house rules and the information supplied.
